Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Factory Shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK mainland please call us on 01626 333666 to arrange the delivery of your order.

To change or cancel your order
1. Press the cart button at the top of the page
2. To change any item on your order press the 'edit' button next to the relevant item
3. To remove an item from your shopping cart press the 'remove' button next to the relevant item, you will be asked to confirm if you wish to remove the item, select yes if you are sure.
NOTE: If you have already entered the checkout phase press the 'cancel' button near the bottom of the page before attempting to edit or remove items in your shopping cart.

How to Pay
We accept payment via email, Internet, telephone, fax and post.

Paying by cheque or postal order
Please print out your order form and enclose it with your cheque or postal order made payable to Vander Limited and send it to us.
However, please note that we cannot dispatch your goods until the cheque or postal order has cleared.

Postage & Packing
We charge a flat rate of £5.50 per order for all postage and packaging within mainland UK. This charge remains the same regardless of the amount of items ordered.
For details of shipping costs to Ireland and the E.U or USA/Canada, please contact us.

Delivery Schedule
Your order will normally be dispatched and delivered within 10 working days. If there is any problem we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit /Debit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption on a Secure Server running shared SSL. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. A gold padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser during the input of your credit card details, this indicates the process is taking place on a Secure Server.

Guarantee
Every Vander garment is guaranteed for TWO years against all defects in materials and workmanship, normal wear and tear excepted and zips are guaranteed for the lifetime of the garment.

Vander reserve the right to repair or replace and a suitable garment must have been chosen for the appropriate conditions. Your retailer will advise but remember, as verified by professionals, there is not a fabric available that can totally eliminate condensation in particularly humid conditions during energetic activity.

Washing, care and drying instructions must have been compiled with and the garment returned CLEAN to VANDER WITH THE PURCHASE RECEIPT (COSHH regulations prevent us from handling soiled goods)

We reserve the right to change specifications without prior notification. To the best of our knowledge and belief the information given in this web site is correct. While every effort has been made to accurately display the colours of the garments there will inevitably be some discrepancy between display equipment.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Vander Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Only information submitted to our site through the ordering process is collected and viewed by only us for contact details and order completion purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may wish to contact you by mail or email to provide you with details of sales and promotions which Vander Limited can offer you, we may require to contact you by telephone if there are any problems with your order.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 10 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund or replacement at your discretion.

If goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible.

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day following that on which you received the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
